Family Sailing Adventure in San Blas. We had an incredible time with Tolo and Abi exploring the San Blas islands. The itinerary was perfectly curated and Tolo and Abi were fantastic hosts—anticipating our every need before we even realized it, and giving parents a much needed break from the mental load of planning every detail. We traveled as a family with young children, and they accommodated all of our different meal preferences and made fantastic food, adapting to our schedules and needs throughout the trip. We stayed a week and hit every item on our San Blas bingo card—snorkeling along the reefs and seeing all of the fish and corals, drinking cocos fresh off the tree, fishing for tuna off the boat (and catching some!), feeding sharks, driving the boat under sail, dinghy ride adventures, relaxed mornings looking for shells, and stargazing at night. I can’t recommend this experience enough—it was life changing and the most exciting and relaxing experience we’ve had as a family. 6 out of 5 stars! https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r997572031-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

This was one of our favorite parts of the trip! Tolo and Abby were fantastic. The boat was the perfect size for our family. The food was fresh and delicious. Chris made it all come together perfectly. We were able to see areas of san blas we wouldn't have been able to see had we not booked the catamaran. If you go to san blas I highly recommend getting a catamaran with them for at least a day or two of your stay. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay with catamaran adventures. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r996923635-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

Amazing family experience, highly recommend. Ask for 'Tolo and Abbie In one word....memorable! Family of 4 with two children below 14 years of age. Bartolome (captain) and Abbie (steward/chef) 3 night tour on Lagoon 42. This was without a doubt the highlight of our Panama trip. Activities: Fishing, snorkeling, lounging on boat, local island discoveries, kayak, paddle board. My kids had a blast. We saw dolphins, nurse sharks, stingrays and lion fish. Catamaran: Ship was new and you could definitely tell that it was well maintained. Was like staying at a nice hotel. My wife typically gets seasick and she had no problem. I'd definitely recommend Lagoon 42 Staff: The best part of the cruise. 'Tolo and Abbie were the best. They were so attentive and thoughtful. Days packed with fun and after you get back on the Cat there is amazing food with delicious fresh seafood cooked just for you. They were especially good with the kids and they treated us like family. Misc: They had all the little things. Bug spray, sunblock, underwater camera, waterproof bag, waterproof cell phone bag, water activity stuff. Really not much thinking to do...just show up. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r988645326-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

Incredible experience. We spent 3 nights sailing around Guna Yala on the Tango, a Lagoon 42 catamaran. The catamaran was impeccable. The extraordinary service in treatment, in food, in details... Chris helped me with the reservation and was always making sure that everything was fine. An incredible experience that I definitely recommend. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r913236759-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

A week in paradise. I was reading through a travel magazine and found an article about the San Blas Islands. I had been looking into a BVI sailing trip, this trip sounded a little more up our alley. I am so glad we found Catamaran Adventures. Chris was responsive from the start and made the whole booking experience seamless. We had to change our reservation a few times and he was very accommodating! We arrived in Panama City on Saturday and spent the night in town. We woke up early and headed to Albrook airport for a 35 minute puddle jump flight to the Corazon de Jesus airport. Great views on the way in. Monica our captain was waiting for us at the landing strip and we were on the Tango within 10 minutes of landing! (There is a 20/person tariff you pay to the Guna waiting for you at the landing strip.) Once on board we got quickly settled. Demira, first mate and chef, had a nice fruit plate snack waiting for us. A few Guna boats delivered some supplies and we were on our way. The rest of the week was truly breathtaking. We visited multiple islands, some populated, but most were our own private respites. We snorkeled many reefs and saw many fish, beautiful coral and a few nurse sharks. We relaxed on the beach, found and cracked some fresh coconuts. One morning, we went for a hike with Lisa into the mainland Guna jungle. We jumped from cliff edges and slid down waterfalls, very fun day. Every time we returned to the boat, Demira had either a snack or a meal ready for us: lasagna, paella, sushi, etc. I caught a few fish and she made fresh ceviche and then Panamanian style fried whole fish. Every dish was delicious, and a few times our youngest wasn’t as into some of the exotic dishes, Demira would make him something more palatable. Monica and Demira really work great together. They made it seem like they were always available and they were very congenial and conversive. I have met many people who were on charters where the crew weren’t so easy to get along with. Being on a boat with a bad chemistry does not make for a good trip! https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r882449344-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

Responsive, professional, & attentive to detail! Chris of Catamaran Adventures helped us choose the perfect catamaran for our family vacation. I asked SO MANY questions & he patiently answered them all, quickly and completely. Our family of five had the best time on Tango. We’ve travelled extensively and this was one of our favorite vacations. We could truly relax and reconnect. Diego and Monica were detail oriented and overlooked nothing when outfitting their catamaran. In addition, they were simply easy to be around. We had interesting conversations, but we didn’t feel pressure to hang out and felt like we had plenty of privacy. Tango was comfortable, spotless, and had areas to relax and play in and out of the sun (which we, as fair skinned folks, appreciated). They had plenty of “toys” (paddle boards, snorkel gear, etc) to keep us busy when we wanted to. The food was extremely fresh, high quality, creative, and delicious. The chef, Jasmely, considered our dietary restrictions and made delicious meals and cocktails. Truly the best pina colada I’ve ever tasted! I hope we are fortunate enough to be able to sail with them again in the future. I recommend them 110%! Thank you, Chris, for helping me plan a perfect vacation. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r879492873-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html

Amazing sailing experience. We had an amazing time on our San Blas sailing adventure on the Tango catamaran! Chris made the process very easy for us. He presented us with boat options, answered all our questions, and made payments very easy. He also helped us arrange ground transportation to the port and the water taxi to the catamaran. Chris was responsive and easy to communicate with. We didn't know what to expect, but the process was easy and it was a magical trip that exceeded our expectations. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g1787391-d3865586-r835083593-Catamaran_Adventures_San_Blas-El_Porvenir_San_Blas_Islands_Guna_Yala_Region.html
